The Visitor Centre at the Ulam Garden serves as a gateway to an immersive cultural and culinary experience. Located within the heart of the garden, it welcomes visitors to explore the world of ulam plants, traditional herbs, and their significance in local cuisine. The centre offers educational displays, interactive exhibits, and informative resources highlighting the cultural heritage and nutritional benefits of ulam plants. It also provides insights into sustainable gardening practices and the history of these edible greens. The Visitor Centre fosters a deeper connection between visitors and the region's rich culinary traditions through engaging workshops and guided tours. It acts as a hub for learning, appreciation, and inspiration, encouraging visitors to embrace the flavors of the past while nurturing a healthier and more sustainable future. Badan Warisan Malaysia, also known as the Heritage of Malaysia Trust, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting Malaysia's cultural and architectural heritage. It safeguards historically significant buildings, sites, and cultural practices for present and future generations. Through various initiatives, advocacy, education, and community engagement, Badan Warisan Malaysia strives to raise awareness about the importance of heritage conservation and sustainable development in Malaysia. The Main Building houses a resource library rich with information on Malaysia's architectural past and present.
